Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Samuel Lopez arrived at the facility to conduct a Case Management inspection due to the request submitted for a decrease in capacity. The facility is requesting to decrease their capacity from 104 to 72. Preschool children will utilize Rooms 3 through 6, and Room 10.

The days and hours of operation will now be as follows: Monday through Friday; 6:00am to 6:00pm

LPA Lopez toured the facility and measured the assigned classrooms. Based on the measurements taken, the following was determined:

Preschool Indoor Activity Areas
LPA has determined that there is sufficient space to accommodate 81 children.

Preschool Bathroom Fixtures
6 toilets x 15 = 90 children
7 sinks x 15 = 105 children

Preschool Outdoor Activity Area:
LPA has determined that there is sufficient space to accommodate 74 children.

Limiting factor for preschool capacity is square footage.
