On December 7, 2022 at 10:05am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Zirbes met with Facility Representative Lisa Burtner. The purpose of the inspection was to conduct a plan of correction inspection for citations issued on November 22, 2022. Present during today’s inspection were 35 preschool age children, three teachers, two aides, assistant director and the Licensee.

During this inspection, LPA and facility representative Lisa Burtner conducted a tour of all three components the Center at 10:10am. LPA observed the following Lion classroom was observed with one teacher and 12 preschool age children, Zebra classroom was observed with one teacher, two aides and 15 preschool age children. The Elephant room was observed with one teacher and eight preschool age children.

Based on LPAs observation, all teachers aides were working under the direct supervision of a teacher and the Center was within ratio. Based on LPAs observations all citations issued on November 22, 2022 have been corrected.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee, Lisa Burtner.
