On September 21, 2023 at 9:00 a.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kendal Zirbes conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection and met with Licensee Lisa Burtner. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted entry into the facility by the Licensee.

At 09:00 am. LPA completed a tour of the Center. LPA observed the following:
1. A total of six infants were present with one fully qualified infant teacher and one teacher aide.

Based on LPAs observation the citation issued on September 13, 2023 was corrected.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee Lisa Burtner.
