32 | The home was inspected inside for comfort, cleanliness, telephone service, heating and ventilation. Medications are stored above the stove inaccessible to children. The kitchen knives are stored above the stove in the high cabinet. Cleaning compounds are stored above the stove and in the laundry room inaccessible to children.
The First Aid kit is located in the master bedroom inaccessible to children. Per licensee, there are no weapons or firearms in the home. LPA did not observe any weapons or firearms. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are in operable condition. The Fire Extinguisher is green, fully charged, and meets the standards of the State Fire Marshal. The licensee has Pediatric CPR/First Aid however, the licensee CPR/First Aid does not have the EMSA Seal and it did not have the in person component. The licensee states that she will register and complete the correct training in 30days by September 30,2024 and send a copy to the department. The licensee has the required immunizations against pertussis (TDAP) and measles (MMR) and Influenza . The licensee completed the required Mandated Reporter training on 12/19/22. Preventative Health and Safety Training was completed
