· There is an in-ground pool located in the backyard. The pool is surrounded by mesh fencing which measures a minimum of sixty inches in height. Vertical clearance measures less than two inches from the ground to the bottom of the fencing. No gaps were present measuring more than four inches. The pool has two gates which swung away from the pool and self-closed and self-latched. A key lockable device was placed no lower than sixty inches from the ground. A pool alarm was present and tested which met ASTM standards. A rescue pool and body hook were present. A life ring was present which was U.S. Coast Guard approved. A daily pool safety inspection log was present and reviewed. Licensee understands all bodies of water including ponds, above ground pools & spas, in-ground pools & spas, and some fountains must be properly covered or fenced per Title 22 Regulations. The Department must be notified before and after installation of the above types of bodies of water. In addition, all wading pools or similar product must be emptied immediately after use and stored in an upright position.

· Resident and/or staff records reviewed on 11/5/25 indicate that all adults who require caregiver background checks have received all required clearances or exemptions.
