On August 24, 2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Kuliema Calloway conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to Rodriguez Family Child Care. LPA met with Licensee who granted access. The purpose of the inspection was to deliver findings for complaint investigation regarding the above allegation. LPA observed 3 Staff and five (5) day care children.
During the investigation, LPA conducted confidential interviews with children, parents, staff, and all parties involved. Based on the interviews, there was not enough evidence to corroborate that Staff yells at day care children. Therefore, this complaint is Unsubstantiated- meaning the allegation may have happened or is valid, but there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.

Exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was read, and a Notice of Site Visit was discussed and provided to Krishna Rodriguez, Licensee, at the facility. Failure to maintain posting of the Notice of Site Visit for thirty (30) consecutive days will result in a $100 Civil Penalty.
