On 05/22/2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Babatunde Ibitoye conducted an unannounced follow-up complaint inspection at creative mind learning center and met with the Director Aguilar Silvia. The purpose of the inspection was to deliver the complaint finding for the above complaint allegation.
During today’s visit, LPA observed 8 childcare children in care, present with 2 Teachers.

During the investigation, LPA interviewed licensees, facility staff, and parents of the program. As part of the investigation, LPA obtained the facility's children's roster.

It was revealed during the course of the investigation that there was no witness to prove that staff are not adequately supervising infants.Therefore, the allegations have been found unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the allegation happened, Therefore the above allegation are Unsubstantiated.
