13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Thompson-Miller conducted an unannounced complaint inspection for the purpose of delivering finding for the above allegations and met with Director, Luz Marisol Valenzuela. There are 25 preschool children and three staff along with the Director present.
Interviews were conducted with staff, children and parents along with the review of documents (text messages) regarding the allegations.
Based on interviews conducted with staff, children and parents the above allegations are Unsubstantiated. There is not enough evidence or witnesses to substantiate, therefore, allegation is rendered Unsubstantiated at this time. A finding that the complaint is Unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged allegation occurred. At this time LPA unable to make a determination that any violation(s) occurred. See LIC9099C for additional information.
An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report was read and provided to the Director, Luz Marisol Valenzuela on this date.
