On February 8, 2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kuliema Calloway made an unannounced visit to the Kids and Care Pre School and Day Care Center. The purpose of the visit was to conduct a complaint follow-up inspection visit to deliver findings for the above allegation. LPA met with Alyse Sanders, who granted access. LPA toured the facility and there were 8 Staff, 19 Pre-K, 10 infants as daycare children, and no school-aged children.
Based on the statements obtained during the interviews conducted there were inconsistent statements concerning the allegations. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged allegation did or did not occur, therefore the above allegation is Unsubstantiated.
There are no deficiencies cited during this visit.
Exit Interview was conducted and A copy of this report, Notice of Site Inspection, and Appeal Rights were discussed and left with Alyse Sanders, at the facility.
