On 5/20/22 at 11:22 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Patricia Berry conducted a subsequent complaint investigation to deliver final findings. LPA was granted access into the facility, met with director, toured facility and took a census.

It was alleged the facility is operating out of ratio and preschool children are not being adequately supervised. LPA conducted all pertinent interviews, including nine staff. Interviews resulted in conflicting information on whether facility is out of ratio and if preschool children are not adequately supervised. Some interviews indicated at times, a classroom may be over ratio and staff need to request assistance; which results in preschool children not being adequately supervised. Other interviews indicated classrooms are never out of ratio and the preschool children are always supervised.

Based on LPA interviews, the allegations are unsubstantiated. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur.

Exit interview conducted with director, report appeal rights and Notice of Site Visit provided to director. LPA observed director post the Notice of Site Visit. Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 days.
