Kitchen Off-limit: Home has a clean and fully stocked refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave and toaster over. No accessible or observed chemicals and cleaning solutions during inspection. Chemicals and cleaning solutions were observed to be (inaccessible in off-limit laundry room). Hazardous items, sharp knives and sharp utensils (inaccessible to children on top of counter to the right of stove) that can pose danger to children. Licensee’s provide own meals, breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner,
Bathroom #1: LPA observed the bathroom. Toilet, sink, and shower tub were clean, sanitized, and free of hazards. The following are inaccessible: Sharp items, mouthwash, shampoos, razors, nail polish, etc. LPA observed toilet and faucet to be in operable condition. LPA observed cabinet underneath the sink to be inaccessible (magnetic lock). LPA did not observe any chemicals or poisons underneath sink cabinet.
Napping: Per Licensee’s bedroom #1 is used for napping. Licensee’s provides mats, and playpen’s (3), enough for children to nap on.
Outdoor Side #1: The backyard is divided into two sections, one for childcare, and one that is off limits. The backyard is completely fenced (wood fencing). The yard consists of cement and turf for proper playing. LPA observed a shed structure located in the middle of the yard providing shade. There is a wooden slide structure, octagon climbing structure, and age-appropriate toys.
Advisory/Other: CPR/First Aid, Expires: (8/28/2027). Mandated reporter, Expires: (2/18/2028). Electrical outlets (are inaccessible with plastic plugs). Windows do not have blinds. The smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are in operable condition. First Aid kit was observed to be full of supplies readily available (scissors), and fire extinguisher (2A40BC) located upon entrance door to the left being fully charged with the needle in the green. Per Licensee’s there are no weapons/firearms in the home, nobody smokes in the home. Per the Licensee’s, transportation is not provided currently. Per Licensee’s, there are 2 dogs. The dogs do not interact with children, and the dogs are vaccinated (off-limit outdoor, S#2). LPA observed A.C. unit in the off-limit back yard (S#2).
LPA observed documents to be posted in a prominent, publicly accessible area upon entrance to the left; (License, PUB 394, Earthquake Preparedness, facility sketch, to be complete and current. Emergency Disaster Plan and verification of fire and earthquake drills (2/10/2026 @ 3:30pm).
