On January 21, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Calloway conducted a collateral inspection to the above facility. The purpose of the inspection was to conduct interviews.

LPA observed one daycare child in care with licensee and the other day care children for the interviews were not at the daycare.

An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was read and a Notice of Site Visit were left with Mirna Garcia, Licensee during the inspection.
