25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Babatunde Ibitoye conducted an announced visit with Applicant Crystal Delgano who guided the analyst on a tour of the home for a Pre-licensing Inspection. This is a one-story home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room, and garage. There is no pool/or body of water on the premises. Family members residing in the home include two adults (The applicant and spouse) and two children. Days/hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Physical Plant: The home is clean and orderly, there is no fireplace in the home, LPA observed age-appropriate toys and play equipment, a working smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector, and fully charged 2A10BC Fire Extinguisher. Per the Applicant, no one smokes in the home. There is a designated area for the ill child(ren) as necessary, no weapon/firearms, facility sketch complete and current, Applicant states living room,play room(bedroom #1) kitchen/dining, bathroom #1 is utilized for the family childcare, off-limit areas include all of the home’s bedrooms #2,#3,#4, bathroom #2,backyard and laundry room. The laundry room will be made inaccessible to children . There is a working telephone (cell phone), poisons, and cleaning items inaccessible (laundry room) to children.
Kitchen/bathroom: The following are inaccessible: Sharp items (above the kitchen counter in a cabinet), medications (Above the kitchen cabinet), and chemicals (laundry room) are inaccessible with magnetic cabinet locks . The toilets and faucets are clean and operable.
Outdoor: LPA observed the backyard of the home. Off-limits , LPA observed one storage with Table, chair, kayak, charismas decoration, gardening tools) , LPA Observed a brown horse in a horse stall, per applicant the horse deworm every six months, LPA Observed 8 vehicles. Per applicant the spouse work on vehicles. The backyard is completely fenced with wired. Per Applicant children will not play at the backyard, Declaration form provided. The door to the backyard will be made Inaccessible with a door safety lock.
