On 10/24/2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Justeene Tamayo met with Director Patricia Jacobs for the purpose of concluding the investigation concerning the above complaint allegations. LPA toured the facility and observed 9 preschool children in care, along with 1 teacher and the Director.

The investigation consisted of interviews with staff, children, and other relevant complaint parties. The interviews conducted revealed the following evidence:
Allegation #1: During an interview with child #1, it was revealed child #1 liked his teachers. Children #2-3 did not disclose any issues they had with their teachers. After interviews with staff members, it was revealed the staff members have never pinched a child or have witnessed another staff member pinching another child.
Allegation #2: During interviews with children #1-3, it was revealed their teachers give them seconds if they ask for more food. Staff members also mentioned to LPA Tamayo that if a child is still hungry, seconds are provided.
