On March 12, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joselito L. Del Mundo conducted a follow up complaint inspection to Kids and Care Inc. The purpose of the inspection was to deliver the findings for the above complaint allegation. Upon arrival, LPA met with the Site Supervisor, Sonia Galvez, and was granted access to the facility. LPA observed did not observed school age children during this visit. The investigation consisted of interviews with the site supervisor, staff, parents, and review of relevant documents.

Based on the confidential interviews with relevant parties and supporting documents, there were not enough evidence to validate that the staff does not ensure parent is informed daily when medication is given to day care child.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove the allegation, therefore the above allegation is deemed Unsubstantiated. No deficiencies were
