Licensing Program Analyst's (LPAs) Thompson-Miller and Maddox met with Applicant/Owner/Director Claudia Garcia for the purpose of conducting a Follow up Pre-Licensing inspection for a Preschool component (request to have 13 children). Ms. Garcia is also pending the Infant (367760032) and School-Age (367750033) components on the premises. A tour of the facility was conducted inside and outside. The tour included Office/Lobby space, Kitchen (includes the staff eating area), One Preschool Bathroom with 3 toilets and 3 sinks (required waiver to share with School Age), One Preschool classroom (includes one toilet and one sink) and the outside play area, One staff bathroom. Days/hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 6am to 6:30pm.

LPA's inspected the entire center and re-measured due to recent renovation. Facility was remeasured as follows:
--Measurements: Preschool Room: 23 x 21= 483 square feet 483/35 = 14.0
Total inside activity space for Preschool = 14 Preschool Children

Bathroom: Facility will request a waiver for the three toilets and three sinks at the outside area.
--One classroom: One (1) toilet and one (1) sink inside the classroom.

Indoor/Children’s Area: There is an isolation area for children who become ill while in care located front lobby. The facility has water dispensers (inside and outside play area) and disposable cups. There is a washer/dryer (inaccessible, safety latch) with shutter doors. The water heater and fuse boxes are inaccessible.

Outdoor
Facility has a shaded play structure; swings and slide are anchored; six feet fence surrounding outdoor area. No bodies of water were observed.

Food Service
Kitchen - food preparation and storage areas are clean; snack shall include at least one serving from 2 or more of the 4 food groups. Facility serves breakfast, snack, lunch and snack. Food preparation area is not being used for play activities or napping.
LPA's will verify fire clearance. Exit interview was conducted. This report was read and a copy provided to Claudia Garcia.
