25 | On September 29, 2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Calloway made an unannounced POC inspection to the above facility. The purpose was to follow up on a Type A deficiency cited. LPA met with S1 who granted access. LPA and S1 toured the facility.
LPA observed six (6) infants and two staff, twelve (12) preschool children outside eating lunch and one (1) staff, and thirty five (35) school aged children, and three (3) staff. This is a combination center with 367750032 and 367750033.
As a result of the inspection, the facility is in compliance with their capacity limits.
An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was read and provided with a Notice of Site Visit, and Appeal Rights were provided. A Notice of Site Visit, must remain posted for thirty (30) consecutive days. Failure to maintain posting will result in a $100. |
