On November 9, 2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ibitoye made an unannounced inspection to the Kids and Care Inc. The purpose of the visit was to deliver findings for the above allegation.LPA met with the Director Sonia Gavez who granted access. During today’s inspection a tour of the area where daycare services are provided was conducted, LPA observed a total of (11) Pre-school children in care and (2) staff.

During the investigation. LPA conducted interviews with children, parents and staff.Based on the statements obtained during the interviews conducted there were inconsistencies in the allegation reported.The allegation on Physical Plant and Personal Rights, is Unsubstantiated meaning, the allegation may have happened or are valid, but there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove or disprove that the alleged violation occurred.
There are no deficiencies cited during this visit.

Exit Interview was conducted and A copy of this report,Notice of Site Inspection, and Appeal Rights were discussed and left with Sonia Galvez at the facility.
