On July 31, 2024 at 02:31p.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kendal Zirbes conducted an unannounced Case Management Other inspection and met with facility representative Casie Gilham. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted entry into the facility by the facility representative. Three infants and one teacher were present.

During this inspection, LPA amended the licensing report issued on July, 18 2024. In addition, LPA completed a safety inspection, no deficiencies were observed.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report along with appeal rights was reviewed with the facility representative, Casie Gilham.
