13 | On 6/21/24, at 9:15 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Gloria Gonzalez conducted a complaint inspection to deliver findings and met with Staff, Yvonne Duggar regarding the above allegation. LPA advised Duggar of the purpose of the inspection and conducted a tour of the facility. There were eight (8) daycare children and two (2) staff members present during the inspection.
On 4/11/24, Community Care Licensing (CCL) received a complaint alleging staff do not ensure adequate care and supervision is provided to children in care. During the course of the investigation interviews were conducted with Director, 3 staff members, 8 daycare parents, and 8 daycare children. All children, parents, and staff interviewed, expressed satisfaction with the care provided by the staff and no statements or evidence were obtained to support the allegation. There was no corroborating evidence regarding the above allegation. Due to conflicting information obtained from the interviews, and although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur. Therefore the above allegation is found to be unsubstantiated. |
