On 02/05/2025 at 03:30 PM, LPA Dana Stevens conducted an unannounced Case Management visit for the purpose of amending complaint report dated 01/08/2025.
LPA met with Assistant Director, Landra Marler. There were 59 preschool children present with 17 staff.

An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided to staff.
The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) is to be posted for thirty (30) days
