On 05/30/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Dana Stevens conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to deliver findings for the above allegation. LPA met with Assistant Director,Yajaira Meza Marin, and informed her of the reason for the visit. During the inspection there were 74 children present with 8 staff members.

During the investigation LPA conducted three unannounced inspections, interviewed Director, staff, daycare children, daycare parents, Kindercare maintenance staff, and reviewed facility maintenance records.

LPA’s investigation confirmed a slow water leak occurred in the two's classroom in March 2025 due to condensation build up in the HVAC system. Based on record review, 2-3 similar water leaks have occurred in various areas of the building in the past 12 months. LPA’s investigation also confirmed all leaks were promptly contained and repaired within 24 hours, and children were appropriately supervised and kept away from the leak until repairs were complete.
