Fixture reported with 5.5 ppb or greater lead exceedance levels was as follows:
G” Drinking Fountain located in Room 2 - 8.30 ppb
Licensee reported that drinking fountain "G" valve was shut off to cease the use of the drinking fountain. The drinking fountain was shut off May 2020. There is a faucet in the kitchen used for food prep that passed testing. An email letter was sent out to parents regarding the testing and remediation on 1/23/23. LPA observed that the water testing results are posted in the facility.
