25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Linda Almaraz and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Carlos Martinez conducted an sub-sequent visit to complete the annual initial visit that was started on 8/18/22, as part of a compliance review. During todays visit, LPA did a walk-through of the classroom, took census and completed records review. The following was observed and/or noted:
A review of staff records were conducted as part of this evaluation.
· Staff records were incomplete
· Staff records review indicates that all staff present meet minimum qualifications for the position for which they were hired.
· A staff member is present with current Pediatric CPR/First Aid which expires on 8/2024
· Opening and closing staff member’s CPR/First Aid expires on 8/9/2024
· Director has completed Health and Safety Training
· A review of staff records on this date indicates that all facility staff or other individuals who require caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse index clearances or exemptions.
