Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sabel Martinez conducted an unannounced Continuation Annual Inspection visit. The LPA introduced himself and disclosed the purpose of the visit to Caregiver Jorge Barajas. Administrator Marilyn Ancho arrived during the visit and assisted the LPA.

During the visit, the LPA inspected the facility's carbon monoxide detectors, and ensure the bathroom water temperature was within the required range. The LPA conducted interviews and reviewed facility, staff, and resident records. Guidance was provided by the LPA and no deficiencies were cited on today's date.

An exit interview was conducted with Administrator Ancho, to whom a copy of this report, and the Licensee/Appeal Rights (LIC9058), were provided.
