LPM II RA Donna Teutschel conducted a telephone conference with clinical Director, Yolanda Torres..Both clinical director, Yolanda Torres, and Administrator Jonathan Wheeler are new to the facility. A review was conducted of the allegations listed above and investigative details available.to date. The Department is unable to prove or disprove these allegations as there were no additional interviews to support the allegations and the findings are determined to be Unsubstantiated.
