LPM II Donna Teutschel conducted a telephone conference with Clinical Director, Yolanda Torres. Both Clinical Director, Yolanda Torres, and Administrator, Jonathan Wheeler, are new to the facility. A review was conducted of the allegation listed and investigative details available.to date. The Department is unable to prove or disprove the allegation and the findings are determined to be Unsubstantiated.
