Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jennifer Lott conducted an announced Case Management visit as a follow up from the pre licensing inspection conducted on 07/07/2023. LPA was greeted at the front door by Licensee, Olivia Vazquez and granted entry after identifying herself and disclosing the purpose of her visit.

The purpose of LPA's visit was to inspect the backyard which had been under construction during the 07/07/23 visit. LPA inspected the back yard and found it to be suitable for day care use. Licensee will add exit signs to the back yard fencing pointing to the emergency exit.

No deficiencies were observed at this time. The backyard has been granted for day care use.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee. A notice of site visit was given and must be posted for 30 days.
