On 03/02/23 at 2:00pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Selina Siao conducted a case management inspection to amend a citation that was issued on 02/15/2023. Upon arrival, LPA Siao met with Director Patricia Munoz and conducted a tour of the classrooms. There are 51 children napping in three classrooms supervised by 4 staff members. Facility is within proper staffing ratios. All staff members have the required background clearances and are associated to the facility.


Notice of Site visit was posted and it shall remain posted for 30 days. Provided appeal rights to the facility representative.
