32 | This facility provides Incidental Medical Services – IMS. The licensee states that one child occasionally brings an inhaler with him to the facility. The medication was not at the facility during the inspection. The facility does not have an IMS Plan of Operation on file. LPA advised Licensee to submit a written Plan of Operation to provide IMS to LPA via email by 6/30/23. Admission agreement, emergency information and medical assessment forms were reviewed for some children. Sign in/sign out sheets are well maintained. Staff records contain documentation of education, training, and/or experience. Two staff members do not have verification of a tuberculosis clearance obtained within one year of hire or licensure. Menus are posted. The licensee states that the facility water has not been tested for lead. LPA reviewed the following with licensee: Written Directives for Lead Testing in Water, PIN 21-21.1 CCP dated 12/28/22. LPA obtained an updated Emergency Disaster Plan for Child Care Centers- LIC610, a Personnel Report-LIC500, Children’s Roster-LIC9040 and Parent Handbook.

Licensee was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day up to $500.00 maximum per day/per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
