13 | On 09/22/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hanna Lucas, made an unannounced visit to deliver the findings on the above allegation. LPA met the Director, Nicole Hazim. The facility released children at
11:30 AM, today, to conduct a staff training. During the inspection there were zero children in care.
Throughout the investigation, LPA observed facility operation, reviewed pertinent documentation, and conducted interviews with staff and parents. LPA did not observe any hazardous items accessible to children. The majority of staff stated that there are prodecures in place to ensure hazardous and/or personal items are stored inaccessible to children. Parent interviews did not reveal any corroborating concerns.
Based on the information obtained, it cannot be conclusively proven or disproved that there were hazardous items accessible to children in care. Therefore, the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. Unsubstantiated means that although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove or disprove that the alleged violations occurred.
