32 | Ms. Ellam stated there are no firearms/weapons on site. LPA observed a water fountain located on the premises and it not appropriately inaccessible to children. The outdoor playground area was inspected and measured. Area was measured at approximately 3,435 sq. ft., which will accommodate no more than 45 children at one time. When LPA inspected the outdoor playground, LPA observed a big canopy used for shade. Play area has only one playhouse and no others toys or play equipment. Area under the shade has enough wood chips. Ms. Ellam stated she has a big play structure that is scheduled to come in next week. Area is fully fenced (above 4ft. high). Ms. Ellam stated that drinking water will be readily accessible inside and outside the classroom via water bottles/cups and refillable water stations, however, LPA did not observe any on site. Ms. Ellam is reminded that any changes to the facility must be reported to and approved by Community Care Licensing.
