On 10/31/2023 at 8am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Samantha Clenista virtually (via Zoom) met with Licensee Representative, Christina Bradley, for an office meeting. The purpose of today's meeting was to review pending documents listed on the LIC184C - Notice of Incomplete Application (NOIA).

LPA reviewed and discussed the pending documents listed in LIC184C in detail and answered any questions Ms. Bradley had.

An exit interview was conducted with Ms. Bradley.
