13 | On 12/18/25 at 9:00 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Annette Sutherland conducted an unannounced visit for the purpose of delivering findings for the complaint received on 9/30/25 regarding the above allegations. During the visits LPA met with Director Erica Rocha and toured the facility and found the facility to be operating in proper ratio. It was alleged that the facility was not providing adequate supervision and that a child went missing. LPA interviewed several staff members and parents and received contradictory information regarding this allegation. It was also alleged that the needs of children were not being met; however, LPA was unable to obtain any information or evidence to support this claim. A third allegation concerned medical attention. LPA determined that the facility did provide medical attention in a timely manner. LPA reviewed enrollment records, staff records, and child records and did not find any instance where a child was missing from a classroom or any concerning issues related to supervision or care.LPA was unable to find corroborating evidence to support the allegations. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred, therefore the above allegations are found to be Unsubstantiated.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director Erica Rocha. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days
