The facility currently has a fully fenced playground area for the preschool component. Wrought iron with bamboo fencing surrounding the property is at least four feet high. The total square footage for all the outdoor activity space for all preschool is 10,209.15 sq ft, which is sufficient to accommodate the requested preschool capacity. Per the site director the facility currently has a waiver on file for the school-age and preschool children to share the outdoor listed preschool playground using a time schedule. The preschool facility sketch only lists preschool playground area. LPA's will need to verify discussed waiver. Shade is provided via trees, umbrellas and building overhang on each playground. There are sufficient outdoor age-appropriate toys and play equipment available on the playgrounds. There are climbing structures on the upper and lower levels of the playgrounds which are age appropriate for the groups that will use them. Preschool playground manufacture recommendation is for 2 years to 12 years old on the lower level and 2 years to 5 years on the upper level. Erica was reminded that any changes to the facility must be reported to and approved by Community Care Licensing.

1. An updated outdoor sketch will be needed to show the outdoor playground for preschool and school age.
2. LPA's will verify if an outdoor playground waiver was granted for the preschool and school-age to share the playground. If a current waiver is not on file, the facility will need to request the waiver and it will need to be approved.
3. Add 1 hand washing sink for changing table in room 6 to be used for children ages 18-24 months.

The requested decrease from 107 preschool children to 101 children ages 2-5 years old in classrooms 1,2,3 and 5. Toddler option increase from 15 children to 24 children 18-36 months in classroom 6, will be granted upon a final file review.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. Failure to comply with the posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.00.

Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Director Erica Gonzalez.
