25 | On the above noted date and time, Licensing Program Analyst's (LPA's), Diana Brasel, Griselda Castellon, and LPM Monica Cuddy conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection for an increase in capacity. Upon arrival, LPA met with Site Director Erica Gonzalez. Licensee is requesting to be licensed for 26 school-age children ages 5-12 years of age in room 4. Days and Hours of operation will be 6:00am - 6:00pm. Present during today’s inspection were 0 school-age children, the school-age children had not been picked up from school during the time of visit. All indoor and outdoor activity space utilized for the children was inspected today. LPA's informed Erica Gonzalez that staff are required to maintain direct visual supervision of the children at all times during indoor and outdoor activities.
LPA's continued to tour the facility and measured all indoor rooms for all components. Total indoor activity space measured 933.86, which is sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity of 26 children. LPA observed all indoor activity space to be complete with safe, age-appropriate furniture and equipment, including tables, chairs, cubbies, mats, bookshelves, and other activity supplies for the children. Drinking water is available in the classrooms via filtered water and disposable cups. LPA observed all hazardous items to be inaccessible to children. Fire clearance was granted on 03/05/2025.
LPA observed a total of 4 sinks and 2 toilets available for children’s use. These are sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity of 26 children.
