25 | On 7/30/24 at 08:50 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kelly Gerth arrived at the facility to conduct a pre-licensing inspection. Present during this inspection were: Rafaela Garcia and Isidro Gonzales. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with an attached garage. LPA toured the facility, inside and out with Rafaela Garcia and Isidro Gonzales. and the following was observed and/or discussed:
· Per Applicant, on-limit areas include: Front yard, living/dining room combo, backyard closest to the back door and hallway bathroom. Off-limit areas include All bedrooms, Master bathroom, attached garage, kitchen, 2 side yards and back garden portion of back yard, all have child safety door locks and/or latching gates, making them inaccessible to children.
· Normal hours of operation will be: 7 days per week, 23 hrs 59 min per day.
· Smoke detectors and Carbon Monoxide detectors were tested by the applicant during this inspection and were in working order.
· There is central heating and air conditioning.
· The fire extinguisher is fully charged and meets standards established by the State Fire Marshal.
· All hazardous items were observed to be inaccessible. Storage of poisons and toxins are inaccessible to children and locked in attached garage and under kitchen sink in locked cabinet, both off limits areas. Sharp items including kitchen knives, are inaccessible and stored in off limits kitchen and in a child locked pantry cabinet. Medicines are locked and stored in the off limits master bedroom. |
