On 02/19/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Dana Stevens conducted an unannounced complaint inspection regarding the above allegations. Upon arrival, LPA met with Assistant Director, Alma Eseller, and discussed the purpose of the inspection. There were 80 children present with 16 staff. During this inspection LPA interviewed staff and daycare children.

During the investigation LPA conducted two unannounced inspections, and interviewed Director, staff, daycare children and daycare parents and reviewed facility records. There is insufficient evidence to support and no witnessess to corroborate the above allegations. Based on conflicting information, LPA was unable to determine whether or not the allegations occurred. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated

Exit interview conducted and copy of this report and appeal rights were provided to Assistant Director. Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
