32 | During the interviews staff stated that adequate supervision is always provided to the children both indoors and during outdoor activities. Licensee and staff stated they were not aware of any incidents involving children engaging in inappropriate behavior.
Based on interviews conducted no disclosures or supporting evidence to corroborate the allegation was obtained, and statements provided were conflicting. Therefore, the allegation that the licensee did not prevent a day care child from engaging in inappropriate behaviors with another child is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur.
No deficiencies cited.
A Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given to the licensee, Maria Jimenez, and must remain posted for 30 days. An exit interview was conducted, and report was reviewed with licensee Maria Jimenez.
