On April 11, 2022 at 1:30 pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cindy Hamilton conducted an unannounced inspection of the Family Child Care Home (FCCH) and met with licensee Susan Coronado. The purpose of the visit was to conduct a Case Management Legal/Non-Compliance inspection per compliance plan initiated on 02/22/2022.

LPA toured and inspected the entire home and present was the licensee and one infant day care child, who was under the care and supervision of Licensee. LPA confirmed by file review that all adults present, currently employed and living in the FCCH have received criminal record and child abuse clearances or exemptions.

During the inspection of the facility, licensee was reminded that all adults are required prior to volunteering, being employed or living in the FCCH to complete the criminal background clearance process to avoid civil penalties associated with this requirement.



An exit interview was conducted, appeal rights were discussed and provided along with a copy of this report to Licensee Susan Coronado. A Notice of Site Visit was also provided and posted by licensee.
