On this date, 04/03/2025, the California Attorney General - Megan’s Law website (meganslaw.ca.gov) was searched for information on sex offenders required to register with local law enforcement under California's Megan's Law. No registered sex offenders were found at the facility addresses. Under state law, some registered sex offenders are not subject to public disclosure; therefore, they may not have been included in this search. However, the Department conducts a monthly cross reference of each address on record for all registered sex offenders against all CCLD facility addresses pursuant to information shared by California DOJ.
Licensee recently submitted a written plan and an updated projected LIC 999A sketch for a outdoor activity space change. LPA reviewed the sketch and inspected the new outside activity play space during this inspection. LPA observed the area to be clean, spacious and free of any unsafe, sharp, protruding, dangerous or hazardous debris, objects, or materials. The new outside activity play space is approved for use.
A copy of this report and notice of site visit (LIC9213) was provided to the Licensee and was advised it must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
No deficiencies cited during this inspection.
Exit interview conducted and copy of report was provided to licensee, Bertha Salcedo. LPA Oscar Picazo provided translation from English to Spanish. Licensee stated she understood.
