13 | On 10/02/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Dana Stevens, conducted an unannounced complaint visit to deliver findings on the above allegation. LPA met with Licensee, Maclovia Rivero, and informed her of the purpose of the visit. There were 10 children present with at the time of the inspection.
During the investigation LPA conducted three unannounced inspections of the facility, interviewed Licensee, Assistant, daycare children, daycare parents, and reviewed facility records, and documentation provided by Licensee. It was alleged that Licensee did not release a day-care child to their parent. Information obtained in interviews and review of facility records, and documentation provided by Licensee did not provide evidence to support this allegation, thus the allegation is deemed Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is Unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred.
No deficiencies cited. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) is to be posted for thirty (30) days. An exit interview was conducted. Licensee Rights (LIC 9098 01/16) along with a copy of this report was provided to Licensee and their signature on this form confirms receipt of these rights.
