On 6/23/22, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Tyra Block delivered findings for the complaint received on 4/14/22 for the above referenced allegation during a Regional Office meeting.

LPA interviewed parents, former staff, and current staff over the course ot the investigation. Based on the information obtained during interviews and observations it is determined that the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.

An exit interview was conducted with Mrs. Romero.
