On 08/05/2024 at 3:15pm, Licensing Program Analyst(s) Shannan Williams and Michelle Hood conducted an unannounced complaint visit to deliver findings on the above allegation. LPAs met with Licensee, Maria Miranda and informed her of the purpose of the visit. There were two children present at the time of the inspection. Today, LPA Williams interviewed two daycare children. During the investigation LPA Dana Stevens conducted one unannounced inspection of the facility, interviewed Licensee, daycare parents, and reviewed facility records. It was alleged that adult in the home smokes marijuana while the daycare children are present and uncleared adult on the premises. LPA verified all household members have fingerprint clearance and information obtained in child, parent and staff interviews did not provide evidence to support either allegation. LPA verified all household members have fingerprint clearance and information obtained in child, parent and staff interviews did not provide evidence to support either allegation, thus the above allegations are deemed Unsubstantiated.
