On 10/20/2023 at 12:45 PM, LPA Dana Stevens conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to deliver findings on the above allegations. LPA met with Licensee Claudia Campos, informed her of the reason for the visit. Licensee's two assistants and 10 children, were also present at the time of this inspection.

During the investigation, LPA conducted virtual facility tours, conducted interviews with the licensee, facility staff, daycare parents and daycare children. Licensee claims she has offered daycare children gummy vitamins on occasion with parent permission but denies ever giving children sleeping aid medication. Licensee stated she works with community food programs and provided schedule and examples of meals provided to children and recent food program documentation. During interviews with staff, children and daycare parents, no evidence or statements were obtained to provide a preponderance of evidence to support the allegations, thus the allegations are found to be Unsubstantiated. Unsubstantiated findings mean that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur.

No deficiencies cited.

Exit interview conducted. Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 days.
