25 | On November 24, 2025 at 8:45 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Oscar Picazo conducted an unannounced Annual/Random Inspection and met with Licensee Jennifer Alloyo. Upon arrival, LPA was granted entry and disclosed the purpose of the inspection. The purpose of the inspection is to ensure that the home follows standards established in CCR, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, for Family Child Care Homes. There were 7 daycare children present at the time of the inspection. Licensee accompanied LPA throughout the inspection of this three (3) bedroom, two (2) bathroom home. The following areas are used for child care: Living room, dinning area, child care room 3, the backyard and bathroom 2. Off Limit areas include: the kitchen, Master bedroom 1 which includes bathroom 1, room 2, the front yard and garage. These areas are made inaccessible with safety gates, door knob covers and pad lock. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 07:00 AM - 05:30 PM.
There are no pools or bodies of water on the property and the home does not have a fireplace. The fire extinguisher is rated 2-A:10-B:C which meets statutory requirements and is mounted on a wall in the living room. The combo smoke and carbon monoxide detector was tested, is operational and met requirements. Poisons, detergents, cleaning compounds, medications and other hazardous items are stored in a locked cabinet and made inaccessible to children by way of cabinet latches/locks and/or placed on high surfaces. Licensee utilizes the fully fenced backyard for outdoor activities. Licensee's stated she, the co-licensee and their assistants provide direct supervision at all times when children are conducting any outside activities.
Licensee has an ample amount of children's toys, age appropriate play equipment, play structures, books, and non-toxic child safe arts & crafts materials available. The Licensee has a working cell phone. Licensee stated there are no firearms, other weapons, or ammunition in the home.
