25 | On 3/2/2026 at 12:50 pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Raina Alexanian conducted an unannounced Case Management-licensee initiated inspection with licensees, Raquel Macias. LPA informed licensee that the purpose of the inspection was for the requested change of capacity. This facility is a single story, five bedrooms, two bathrooms house. Licensee accompanied LPA inside and out of the facility during this inspection. The following areas used for child care are: kitchen, living room, dining room, hallway bathroom, daycare room located behind the kitchen and backyard. Off limits areas are: bedrooms #1, #2, #3, #4, bathroom#2, garage, and storage room located in the backyard and are inaccessible through use of door knob protection and door key. There was one (1) infant, Licensee’s husband, and the licensee’s mother as a visitor at the facility during the time of the inspection. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 6:00am – 6:00pm. On 2/24/2026 a fire clearance was granted for fourteen (14) children.
There are sufficient age-appropriate toys, games, and play equipment available. The home was clean and orderly during inspection. Detergents, cleaning compounds, and medicines are inaccessible to children in care and poisons are to be locked away. The fire extinguisher is rated 3A:10B:C and located in the dining room, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detectors meet requirements and are operational. There is a working cell phone in the home.
Licensee stated there are no bodies of water and LPA did not observe any bodies of water during the inspection. There is no fireplace on the premises, there is one in the living room used as decoration.Applicant stated there are no firearms, other weapons, or ammunition in the home.
The licensee owns the property. The licensee provided proof of control of property.
Licensee’s Mandated Reporter AB1207 training for Rosa and Esthela expires on 4/9/2027. Pediatric CPR and First Aid certifications for Rosa and Esthela expire on 2/2028. Immunization records per SB792 were reviewed and met regulations. Required documents are posted.
