13 | On 08/30/22 at 2:06 p.m., Licensing program Analyst (LPA) Rajani Goudreau conducted an unannounced complaint inspection for the purpose of delivering the complaint finding to the above listed allegation. Upon arrival LPA met with Licensee, Demetria Solis Rivera, and proceeded to tour the facility. Licensees' adult daughter assisted in translating the inspection. During the inspection there were two children in care. During the course of the investigation, records were obtained and reviewed from the facility, interviews were conducted with the Licensee, Licensees’ spouse, helper, children in care and daycare parents.
On June 23, 2022, Community Care Licensing received a complaint alleging children in care are watching inappropriate movies. During an interview with licensee on June 29, 2022, licensee indicated inappropriate movies are not played for the daycare children. Based on interviews conducted with licensee, helper, children in care, and parents, LPA was unable to obtain consistent information and therefore, unable to determine if children in care are watching inappropriate movies. |
