LPA met with Licensee Laura Lopez Avila to discuss the purpose of the inspection and tour the facility. During the course of the investigation, two unannounced inspections were conducted. Interviews were conducted with reporting party, day-care parents, children in care and licensee. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted on, or immediately next to, interior side of the main door for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. |
