Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Otsanya Cameron arrived at this facility to conclude an investigation into the above allegation. An initial visit was conducted on 04/20/22 and extended at that time. During today's visit, LPA toured the facility and conducted census.

It was alleged: Daycare child was inappropriately touched while in care

During the investigation, interviews were conducted with all pertinent parties. Interviews with staff indicate that this behavior was not observed at the facility. Interviews with children present any new information.

Based on interviews and other information gathered, the allegations that staff inappropriately touched a child, is unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened, or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the allegation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
